Most notable about this project is the seemless integration of indoor and outdoor areas, carefully situated between existing oaks.
Sustainability features include natural daylighting in virtually every room, passive solar orientation , radiant heated floors, natural ventilation and extraordinary care for excellen indoor air quality.
Project is in application for LEED GOLD.
